With Independence Day just around the corner, Guttenberg is hosting a Party on the Palisades this Thursday when DJ Night returns to Monument Park. As a special treat, Assemblyman Larry Wainstein is providing free, freshly grilled burgers and hot dogs to accompany the tunes from DJ Ozzie!

 

The festivities begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday at Boulevard East and 71st Street. Free transportation will be available from senior bus stops.

 

Last week the park reopened after a beautiful renovation and DJ Night returned here to where it began. This free weekly program is presented by Mayor Wayne Zitt and the Guttenberg Town Council. For more information contact Marisol Montanez at 201-868-2315, ext. 300.
