Guttenberg residents have a great new food option right here in town. Danely’s Bodega opened recently at 6710 Bergenline Avenue, offering fresh food and handy convenience store shopping.

Mayor Wayne Zitt cut the ribbon on Saturday, May 10, 2026 accompanied by Richard Delafuente, Monica Fundora, Town Administrator Cosmo Cirillo, and Community Services Coordinator Marisol Montanez.

The menu includes hot and cold sandwiches and meals, salads, breakfast items, ices, and much more. Owned by Johanna Zableta, Danely’s Bodega is named in honor of her late mom. Joining Johanna at the grand opening were her husband, children, family, and friends. Attendees enjoyed an afternoon of raffles, crafts, music, and fun.
