The command staff of the Guttenberg Police Department has selected Officer Frank Dubicki Jr. as Officer of the Month for November 2025.

 

On Nov. 21, members of the Patrol Division and the Detective Bureau responded to a report of two males attempting to unlawfully enter an apartment. Officer Dubicki and members of the Patrol Division arrived at the scene, spoke with the victim, and quickly began gathering information and surveillance footage from the area to identify the suspects. Using investigative tools, Officer Dubicki was able to identify and locate the suspects in Ocean County, NJ, where they were subsequently taken into custody on Nov. 23.

 

Officer Dubicki’s hard work, proactivity, professionalism, strong work ethic, and dedication to protecting the residents of the Town of Guttenberg reflect positively on both him and the Guttenberg Police Department.
