The Guttenberg Parking Committee is holding a community forum at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sep. 17. Everyone is invited to attend and share any thoughts or concerns about parking issues within the town.

 

The meeting will feature information from the committee on upcoming changes regarding renewals of parking permits, fee structures, number of permits per household, visitor permits, etc. Residents are invited to share their thoughts and contribute suggestions.

 

Mayor Wayne Zitt and the Town Council created the Parking Committee in 2019 to address parking regulations in Guttenberg. Numerous suggestions from the committee and the public have been implemented over the intervening years to help improve the parking situation throughout the town.

 

The meeting will take place at the Gerald R. Drasheff Community Center located on Hudson Avenue between 68th & 69th Streets.
