There’s a new hair salon in town, and Mayor Wayne Zitt cut the ribbon officially welcoming them to the neighborhood on Friday, Mar. 15.

 

Fina Hair is located at 201 71st Street in a beautifully renovated space with large windows and mirrors, modern design, and top-notch furnishings and equipment. With almost 40 years of experience, owner José Manuel immigrated from Panama City in 1992 to work in a salon in Manhattan.

 

Now he’s opted to close the NY location and open a full-service salon in Guttenberg, near his home, offering “cutting edge styles, colors & textures.” Featuring L'Oréal products and utilizing the all-natural Magic Sleek smoothing system, he has already built a devoted clientele in the area.
