Guttenberg Housing Authority Executive Director Ruddys Andrade has announced the opening of the waiting list for the Section 8 program. Applications will be available on Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 1 and 2, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

 

To apply for the Section 8 program, interested individuals must personally pick up an application form at the Guttenberg Housing Authority, 6900 Broadway, Guttenberg, NJ 07093.

 

Applications are restricted to residents of Guttenberg only. Proof of residency will be required during the application process. Be sure to bring valid identification and documentation to establish your residency in Guttenberg.

 

All applicants must return the application along with a copy of ID, copy of Social Security card, proof of address, and proof of income (last three pay stubs) before Aug. 23, 2023 at 12 p.m. No exceptions.

 

The Section 8 program provides housing assistance to eligible individuals and families who meet specific income and eligibility criteria. The Housing Authority aims to provide an opportunity for Guttenberg residents to access affordable housing options and improve their quality of life.
