The Town of Guttenberg and Port Imperial Pooches are proud to present the Spring Pet Festival from noon to 2 p.m. in Waterfront Park, 7100 River Road. In addition to the parade of pets, there will be giveaways, food, dog vendor, a photo booth, and more.
