Benny’s Liquors and Supermarket at 7000 Park Avenue is celebrating 50 years in business. In honor of the occasion the town has named the corner of Park Avenue and 70th Street as “Benny’s Square.”

 

Mayor Wayne Zitt and the Town Council were on hand for the unveiling of the street sign on Tuesday, Aug. 2.
