The Office of the Hudson County Clerk Division of Passports is open by appointment only to process passport applications.

The Passport Office is located at Hudson County Plaza located at 257 Cornelison Avenue, 4th Floor, Jersey City. In order to enter the Hudson County Plaza all must wear a mask, as per CDC COVID-19 guidelines.

All applicants must appear in person at the time of application and must bring all U.S. passport requirements below:

1. Proof of United States citizenship
2. Proof of identity
3. One passport photo (passport photos can be taken at the County Clerk’s Office for $10)
4. Payment
