Mayor & Council Members Assigned to Departments at Annual Reorganization Meeting

The annual reorganization meeting for the Guttenberg Town Council was held on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020 onstage in the Gerald R. Drasheff Community Center.

At the meeting Mayor Wayne Zitt and the Town Council Members were each assigned as chairs for their respective departments.

  • Mayor Wayne Zitt – Public Safety
  • Richard Delafuente – Public Works, Building and Grounds, UEZ
  • Monica Fundora – Recreation
  • John Habermann – Administration and Human Resources
  • William Hokien – Building Department, Code Enforcement, Fire Prevention
  • Juana Malave – Senior and Community Services
  • Mayor Wayne Zitt, Council Members Monica Fundora and John Habermann – Police Committee

Departments are assigned on an annual basis, with the mayor and council members serving on all committees. One individual serves as chairperson for each committee.
