NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Sealed bids will be received by the Municipal Clerk of the Town of Guttenberg, in the County of Hudson, at the Municipal Clerk’s Office at the Guttenberg Town Hall, 6808 Park Avenue, Guttenberg, New Jersey, no later than Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
 
Two (2) Adult Mini Buses
Each with 16 Ambulatory w/ 2 Wheelchairs or 20 Ambulatory
 
All necessary documents can be downloaded from the official Guttenberg website,
 
All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Adult Mini Bus – Sealed Bid.” Please submit one (1) original and three (3) copies to the Bid.
 
Bid proposals must be addressed to the Town of Guttenberg, 6808 Park Ave., Guttenberg, New Jersey, Attention: Alberto Cabrera, Town Clerk. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
 
All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Town Clerk.
 
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq.
 
The Town of Guttenberg reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
